• Community and HOA support tools and matching programs.
• Local business discovery tools and resident facing experiences.
• Educational content, Q and A sessions, webinars, and events.
• Pilot programs such as grants, discounts, and local economic mobility initiatives.
• AI assisted tools that help users understand options, draft content, or explore scenarios.

We may add, change, pause, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, consistent with applicable law.

4. Not Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

Information provided through MyFloridaBusiness is for general informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. 5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the services to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third party rights.

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

6. Business and Provider Responsibilities

We do not control or supervise the work of independent providers and businesses. We do not guarantee pricing, availability, workmanship, timeliness, or outcomes. Any engagement between residents, communities, and providers is a separate relationship between those parties.

7. Community and Resident Responsibilities

If you are a resident, homeowner, or community representative using our services, you agree that:

• You are responsible for your decisions when choosing providers or services.
• You will review and verify any licenses, insurance, and references that matter to you.
• Your use of any provider or offer is at your own risk.

8. AI and Automated Tools

Some features of MyFloridaBusiness may use artificial intelligence or automation to generate suggestions, draft content, or surface insights. These outputs can be incorrect, incomplete, or not tailored to your specific situation.

• You agree to review and independently evaluate AI generated content before relying on it.
• You remain responsible for your decisions and for any content you publish or send.

9. Intellectual Property

The services and all content that we provide, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, and designs, are owned by or licensed to MyFloridaBusiness LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

• You may use our content only as necessary to use the services as intended.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on our content without our prior written permission, except where allowed by law.

10. Your Content

You may submit or upload content, such as business profiles, reviews, questions, feedback, or other materials. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the services and to promote MyFloridaBusiness and its programs.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

Unless we state otherwise, fees are non refundable except where required by law or where we choose to provide a courtesy refund.

We do not guarantee any specific business results, revenue, savings, or outcomes for residents, businesses, or communities.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will MyFloridaBusiness LLC, its owners, officers, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the extent we are found liable, our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the services will be limited to the greater of, the amount you paid us for the services that gave rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyFloridaBusiness LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of or related to your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

17. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the services if we believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, created risk or possible legal exposure for us or others, or for other legitimate business reasons. Where appropriate we will attempt to notify you, but we are not required to provide notice in all situations.

You may stop using the services at any time. Some provisions of these Terms will continue to apply after termination, including those relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

You and we agree to try to resolve disputes informally first. If we cannot resolve a dispute through good faith discussions, either party may seek relief in court.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes we may provide additional notice, such as posting a banner or sending an email. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
