The services and all content that we provide, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, and designs, are owned by or licensed to MyFloridaBusiness LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may submit or upload content, such as business profiles, reviews, questions, feedback, or other materials. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content as needed to operate and improve the services and to promote MyFloridaBusiness and its programs.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
You and we agree to try to resolve disputes informally first. If we cannot resolve a dispute through good faith discussions, either party may seek relief in court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. If we make material changes we may provide additional notice, such as posting a banner or sending an email.
